Saunton has a wonderful beach of over 3 miles of golden sand and is renowned for its surfing, windsurfing and is fast becoming a recognised venue for kite boarding.  Marsdens Cottage Holidays are the largest agency in the West Country with all of their properties inspected and graded by Visit Britain ensuring that the quality of your cottage exceeds national standards.  There are only a handful of properties in Saunton and we are delighted to offer 4, all within walking distance of the beach, the closest being only a few hundred yards and the furthest approximately half a mile.  There is an excellent cafe/bar, The Sands, with a balcony overlooking the beach and there is a wider range of facilities pubs etc in Croyde with 40 cottages and Braunton where we have a further 40 cottages.
